These Terms govern your access to and use of Rebuzz. By using Rebuzz, you agree to these Terms.

Rebuzz provides market data and sentiment analytics for research purposes only. It is not investment advice. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using Rebuzz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You represent that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Nature of Service and No Financial Advice

Rebuzz provides market data, sentiment analytics, and research tools. Rebuzz is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, fiduciary, or tax adviser.

  • Content is provided for research, informational, and educational purposes only.
  • Nothing on Rebuzz is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security or digital asset.
  • Rebuzz does not provide personalized investment advice or suitability determinations.

3. Financial Risk Acknowledgment

Investing and trading involve substantial risk, including loss of principal. Markets are volatile, and outcomes are uncertain.

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • Historical metrics, model outputs, and signals may be incomplete or change without notice.
  • You may lose some or all capital allocated to any investment decision.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your decisions, orders, and portfolio outcomes. You agree to perform independent due diligence and, where appropriate, consult licensed professional advisers before acting on any information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Rebuzz for unlawful, fraudulent, or manipulative activity.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract proprietary models, scoring logic, or source code.
  • Scrape, copy, repackage, or redistribute Rebuzz data beyond explicitly permitted usage.
  • Interfere with service operations, security controls, or access restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property and License

Rebuzz and its content, software, trademarks, and scoring methodologies are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for personal or internal business research purposes.

7. Data Availability and Quality

Rebuzz relies on third-party data and infrastructure providers. Datafeeds can be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or inaccurate.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Rebuzz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebuzz and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, business opportunities, or investment losses arising from use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rebuzz and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

10. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

You and Rebuzz agree to resolve disputes through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law. Class, collective, representative, and private-attorney-general actions are waived to the fullest extent permitted.

Arbitration will be administered under applicable consumer arbitration rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate injunctive relief for intellectual property or confidentiality breaches.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to the arbitration terms above.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted, and continued use of Rebuzz after an update constitutes acceptance.
